Uniform Corrections 2018

 

How to Report:

 

Coaches should report missing, defective or incorrectly sized uniforms DIRECTLY to your Age Group Commissioner via e-mail. This is best for tracking purposes and you will receive a confirmation that your request has been received.

 

**The deadline for reporting is May 10, 2018. No additional uniforms will be ordered after this date.**

Player Name

Team Name

Size Ordered

Size Needed

Jersey Number

 

Payment:

Parents are responsible for payment of replacement jerseys, in the event the parent ordered incorrectly. Cash or a check made payable to Greater Greece Soccer League will be required at the time of pick-up. 

 

Each jersey is $15.

 

Shorts and socks will not be replaced unless missing from original order.

 

Pick Up Arrangements:

 

Upon receipt of re-ordered items, coaches will receive notification from their age group commissioner. Arrangements will be made at that time to coordinate product pick-up. Coaches are responsible for distributing uniforms at practices, etc.  Extra uniforms should also be returned to commissioners.
